    • Pro Marketing Academy does not permit cancellations for courses offered as part of special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers.
       

  3. Refund Policy for Content Concerns:

    • If a student is dissatisfied with the quality or relevance of course content, they are encouraged to contact our Customer Service team.

    • Refund requests will be reviewed and considered by our team within 7 days of accessing the course content.
       

  4. Course Content Discrepancies:

    • If there are discrepancies between the course content delivered and what was advertised on our platform, or if the content does not meet expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of accessing the course. Our team will review your feedback and take appropriate action.
       

  5. Courses with External Affiliations:

    • For courses that include certifications or accreditations from external institutions, any issues or concerns should be directed to the respective organizations.
       

  6. Refund Processing Timeframe:

    • If a refund is approved by Pro Marketing Academy, it will typically be processed within 16-30 days and reflected in the student's financial account.
